Our clients are loving this yummy & easy to make No Bake PB Protein Square! Getting in enough protein is often a struggle for women. Especially when it's snack time and you soooooo don't want to eat meat. Unfortunately, most of our favourite snack options are low in protein. We have the solution! No Bake PB Protein Squares! They are quick, easy, and totally delicious. And the bonus is that the only mess is your hands! No Bake PB Protein Square:
Ingredients - 2 cups oatmeal - ½ cup natural peanut butter - 3/4 package of clean vanilla protein powder (I used Isagenix IsaPro) - 1 tbsp ground flaxseed - ½ cup water
Directions: 1. Line square baking dish with parchment paper 2. Kneed all ingredients together in a large bowl 3. Press dough into dish, using a spatula to smooth top 4. Freeze for 30 minutes, then cut into 9 squares (I eat 2 for one serving) 5. Refrigerate to store
