
Get sexy shoulders with our sculpted shoulder workout! I love seeing a set of round, mushroom capped shoulders on a women...it screams "FIT!" It also makes a waist looks smaller and creates an overall feminine shape. What makes this shoulder workout a little different from how you may have trained in the past, is the fact that it is a workout for JUST the shoulders. If you're combining shoulders with another body part and you're not getting the results you're after- consider separating the days and dedicating one day to only shoulders.

Warm-up, then
1. Seated Shoulder Press (4 x 8 reps)
2. Evil 18s (4 x 18 reps)
3. Front Plate Raises (4 x 10 reps)
4. Side Lateral (4 x 12 reps)
5. Bent over, rear delt flys (3 x 10 reps)
6. Front Raises (3 x 12 reps)
7. Walking Plank (3 x 15 reps)
