You Need:

  1. Exercise mat

I like adding 5-10 minutes of abs at the end of my workout a few times per week. It’s a great finisher to a workout and if you’re like me, doing core exercises helps me feel a bit tighter through my stomach. Since I normally workout in the morning, on the days I do abs, I notice that I engage my core more throughout the day. And how amazing is it that just 5 minutes of focused core work can get you a good 🔥 burn?!
